Join us for an exciting opportunity where you’ll learn ways to share your faith, guided by passionate local and state leaders, Rick Reed (Pastor of New Berlin Road Church) and Patrick Coats (Florida Baptist Convention Regional Catalyst). RICK REED
Rick Reed is a Jacksonville, Florida-based pastor and ministry leader currently serving as the Lead Pastor of New Berlin Road Church. He is also the co-founder of The Vine.co, a nonprofit ministry focused on supporting mission teams and global outreach efforts, including initiatives in places like Haiti addressing education, clean water, and community development.
Reed has a long history of missions involvement, regularly leading teams and partnering with communities to share the message of Jesus Christ and meet practical needs. Through his leadership at New Berlin Road Church and in The Vine.co ministry, he continues to emphasize local and global disciple-making, compassion, and outreach.
Patrick Coats is a ministry leader serving as the Regional Catalyst for the East Region with the Florida Baptist Convention (FBC). In this role, he engages, encourages, and supports the Kingdom work of Florida Baptist churches across the East Region and throughout the state, helping connect congregations with resources, training, and collaborative opportunities to advance local church ministry and mission.
Coats is also known for developing disciple-making and leader-equipping initiatives within the Convention, such as the minister equipping pipeline, helping prepare the next generation of pastors and church leaders for effective ministry.
